Risk factors include a history of ILD, pulmonary fibrosis, lung cancer, thoracic radiation, and use of pneumotoxic drugs and/or colony stimulating factors. It is recommended to monitor patients for pulmonary symptoms indicative of ILD and permanently discontinue treatment for confirmed ILD.
