Adenoscan and Bronchoconstriction
Result of checking the interaction of drug Adenoscan and disease Bronchoconstriction for safety when used together.
When checking interaction based on authoritative sources Drugs.com, Rxlist.com, Webmd.com, Medscape.com there are contraindications or side effects that may cause harm or increase the negative effect from drug use in presence of concomitant diseases.
Consumer:Adenosine induces mast cell degranulation and histamine release. Bronchoconstriction has been reported in patients with asthma during therapy with adenosine. Therapy with adenosine should be administered cautiously in patients with obstructive lung disease not associated with bronchoconstriction (emphysema or bronchitis) and should be avoided in patients with bronchoconstriction or bronchospasm (asthma).
