Consumer:The dose of lisdexamfetamine should not exceed 50 mg/day in patients with severe renal impairment (GFR 15 to < 30 mL/min/1.73 m2) due to reduced clearance of the drug. The maximum recommended dose in patients with end stage renal disease (GFR < 15 mL/min/1.73 m2) is 30 mg/day. Lisdexamfetamine is not dialyzable.
