Consumer:Manifestations of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) have been associated with the use of oxazolidinedione anticonvulsants. Therapy with oxazolidinediones should be administered cautiously in patients with preexisting SLE. The development or exacerbation of SLE symptoms is indication for withdrawal of oxazolidinedione therapy.
