Consumer:Population PK analysis in patients with severe renal impairment or ESRD requiring dialysis showed an increase AUC when compared to patients with normal renal function. The pharmacokinetic of ixazomib was similar in patients with normal renal function and in patients with mild or moderate renal impairment. It is recommended to reduce the starting dose in patients with severe renal impairment or ESRD requiring dialysis. Caution should be exercised when ixazomib is administered to patients with severe renal impairment. Ixazomib is not dialyzable and therefore can be administered without regard to the timing of dialysis
