Consumer:

An increased risk of postural hypotension may occur in patients with severe renal impairment or those with end-stage renal disease, due to increased exposure to maraviroc. This drug should be used with caution in these patients only if they are not receiving a concomitant potent CYP3A inhibitor or inducer, and therapy should be considered only when there is no other treatment option. A dose reduction might be necessary if any symptoms of postural hypotension are experienced.
