The pharmacokinetic disposition of irinotecan liposomal in patients with hepatic impairment has not been formally assessed. Therapy with irinotecan liposomal should be administered cautiously to patients with or predisposed to compromised hepatic function. Clinical monitoring of hepatic function is recommended.
