The use of indomethacin has been reported to aggravate depression or other psychiatric disturbances, epilepsy, and parkinsonism. Therapy with indomethacin should be administered cautiously in patients with a history of these conditions. If severe CNS adverse reactions develop, indomethacin should be withdrawn.
